The 2016 TBF of Michigan State Championship is scheduled for Sunday, July 17 on Lake St. Clair. This is now a boater – co-angler format with the boater selecting all the fishing waters.

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources has announced a schedule of public meetings in July to discuss several fishing regulation changes proposed for 2016 including a test catch-and-delayed-release bass season study.

The 2015 TBF of Michigan State Championship is scheduled for Sunday, July 26 on Cadillac and Mitchell Lakes. The pre-tournament meeting is Saturday evening the night before. There will be food at the meeting.
Presidents Meeting Saturday January 10
The next TBF of Michigan Presidents’ club representative meeting will be held Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 11am at the Ultimate Fishing Show Detroit. The UFS runs January 8 – 11 at Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan.
MDNR Online Survey, Meetings on Bass Season
To get public input on proposed regulations to expand Michigan’s bass fishing seasons, the DNR has announced an online survey and public meetings throughout the state in July.

The Bass Federation announced today it has acquired the nation’s fastest growing team fishing circuit, the National Bass Anglers Association, (NBAA). TBF will take on leadership and management roles immediately. NBAA is now owned and managed by the nation’s oldest and largest organized grassroots fishing, youth and conservation organization with over 45 years of experience.
